“There must be a way where one can go and leave this world without pain. A way where family can forget and cope with the simple idea that some people just need to go. Suicide may take some time to plan and accept. Family is diffrent in many ways, they will need you forever. A 40 year adult might still have a crying 10 year old boy inside of him. ”

“It really helped me to have a deeper understand of what kind of internal pain and struggles a person goes through when his/her parent loses life from suicide. It made me realized how important it is for a person to figure out their stories in the healing process, and how it takes a long time to heal from the pain and find ways grow to help others.”
